Ernst Raue
Before becoming a Member of DTP Advisory Board, Mr. Ernst Raue served for many years as an Executive Member of Management Board of Deutsche Messe AG in charge of CeBIT.
He made CeBIT, with its joint ventures, the world’s largest ICT trade fair and Congress around the globe.
1990 – 2000: Managing Director of various subsidiaries such as Hannover-Messe International GmbH and Deutsche Messe AG Beteiligungs GmbH. Chairman of the Board of Industrie Forum Design Hannover e.V.
Since 2001: President of the Hannover Marketing Club, and since 2003 Vice-President of the German Marketing Association.
2000 – 2008: Parallel to Managing Board responsibilities, Mr. Raue was launching Deutsche Messe AG’s overseas trade fair business, responsible for management of foreign subsidiaries and development of international joint ventures in America, Europe and Asia.
2000 – 2012: Member of the Managing Board of Deutsche Messe AG with executive responsibility for the CeBIT Division.
From 2012: Ernst Raue is the CEO of ER GBS GmbH – Global Business Services.

Dr. Jacek Robak
Jacek joined DTPoland in 2017 as Vice President Business Development, bringing over twenty years of experience in Polish – German economical development and trade support.
He started his career on research positions at the Technical University, Zielona Gora, Poland, Technical University Ilmenau, Germany and Technical University Hamburg-Harburg, Germany. (1979-1994).
1994 – 2008: President & CEO at the Polish – German Economical Development Agency (Deutsch-Polnische Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft) raised by Polish and German governments. The main activity was consultancy on more than 200 investment and cooperation projects of Polish companies in Germany and German companies in Poland.
2009 – 2017: Minister-Counsellor, Head of Trade and Investment Department in the Polish Embassy in Berlin. His unit was responsible for further economical development between Poland and Germany, with the biggest success such as: assistance in negotiations of 1 bln Euro investment of automotive industry in Poland. The department carried consultancy on more than 1000 cooperation projects per year. Jacek was directly responsible for preparations of Poland as a partner country at CeBIT 2013 and also started preparations of Polish partnership for Hannover Messe 2017 trade fair.
In 2003 he was awarded with the 1st Class Cross of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany (Verdienstkreuz 1. Klasse der Bundesrepublik Deutschland).

Prof. Marian Miłek
2005 – 2007: Member of Senate (the Upper Chamber of the Polish parliament). Expert in the parliamentary team for the power industry restructuring.
2001 – 2002: Deputy Minister of Treasury in Polish Government responsible for the power industry.
1997 – 1998: Governor of Zielona Gora Province.
1990 – 1996: Rector of Technical University in Zielona Gora. During two terms as rector, he transformed the Higher School of Engineering into Technical University featured by full academic rights.
1998 – 2007 Rector of State Higher Vocational School in Sulechow. He established the Higher Vocational School of Public Administration in Sulechow. Following the expansion by several faculties, the school was transformed into the State Higher Vocational School.
1981: Doctor habilitated in the field of Electrical Metrology.
1993: The title of Full Professor of Technical Sciences.

Prof. Krzysztof Diks
Prof. Krzysztof Diks is a legend of Polish computer science.
Teacher of generations of Polish participants in International Olympiads in Informatics (IOI).
Since 1999 Prof Diks, together with Prof. Madey, have been mentors and coaches of student teams representing Poland in various programming competitions.
His students have won more than 30 Olympic medals including gold ones in 2006 and 2007.
In 2003 and 2007 he was a co-coach of world champions in collegiate programming.
The initiator and organizer of Polish edition of Olympics (Till now – over 13 000 young participants).
Professor at the Institute of Informatics, University of Warsaw. From 2008 Director of the Institute.
Head of The Polish University Accreditation Committee. Member of the Computer Science Committee of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
Scientific specialty:
Algorithms. Algorithmic Graph Theory, Parallel and distributed computation. Fault-tolerant computation. Algorithms communication in networks with faults.

Dr. Tomasz Kozlowski
Tomasz joined DTP in 2015 bringing nearly thirty years of experience in software and electronics design with nineteen years of hands-on expertise in consumer electronics industry.
He started his career on research positions at the Technical University of Zielona Gora, Poland (1988-1991) and the University of Bristol, UK (1991-1995) specialising in Computer Aided Design of digital circuits.
In 1996 he joined ADB where he started by successfully leading the first OpenTV integration project realised by ADB for early interactive digital TV markets.
For several years of his work in ADB Tomasz was managing various engineering departments taking an active role in both extending the engineering team competencies and building new technologies into designs offered by ADB.
Starting end of 2006 he headed the Set-Top-Box Unit, responsible for the design of all ADB set-top-boxes in DVB cable, satellite, and terrestrial segments.
Since January 2008 Tomasz managed ADB Core Technology Group as CTO.
Since 2011 following creation of Broadcast Division Tomasz as VP of Engineering was managing its design and development team creating solutions for cable and satellite customers.
Since October 2013 the role was extended to handling designs and development in broadcast and broadband areas.

Prof. Oleg G. Rudenko
Scientist in Kharkov National University of Radio Electronics (Ukraine).
1988 – till now: Head of the Computer Science Department at the University.
2005 – 2014: President of Advanced Digital Broadcast Ukraine (Digital TV R&D and Engineering Centre).
Scientific supervisor of 4 habilitations and 28 PhDs in Computer Science and Technology.
Laureate of The State Prize of Ukraine in Science and Technology for 2012.
Areas of scientific interests:
Adaptive, neural and fuzzy systems.
Mathematical, software and hardware support of real time information processing.

David Kang
David Kang brings to the company his world-wide, China and Asia Pacific experience in general management, operations, materials, process engineering and planning.
Prior to joining DTP, he used to work as Regional President of ADB Asia Pacific, General Manager of Operations and Executive Vice President of ADB Group.
Previously D. Kang was President and CEO of MAG Technology, a Taiwan based PC monitor manufacturer, which he led to successful IPO. He worked for many years as Materials and Logistic Director at General Instruments / Motorola, Taiwan, and as Vice President at Delta Electronics.
Mr. Kang received his first degree in industrial engineering from Taipei Institute of Technology, Taiwan, and an MBA from Oklahoma City University.

Andrew L. Szajna
Andrew Szajna has several years of experience in sales, marketing and international project management. Between 2004 and 2009 he worked with Advanced Digital Broadcast, being responsible for project management of different set-top-boxes development and maintenance. It included, among others, cable and satellite projects for CableCom/UPC in Switzerland and Austar in Australia.
Afterwards he used to work with different private startups as well as in larger public companies as an external consultant, project and product manager and marketing director.
Andrew Szajna was born in 1983. He was educated in Poland and the USA, including MSc in Computer Science at Zielona Gora University, GED in Atlanta, marketing course at the University of Illinois Chicago, and finance, remote management, and risk management courses in the USA.

- Prior to DTP – one of 4 co-founders of ADB Group ($500 million, digital TV design company).
- Organizer of ADB R&D center, which he built from scratch to team of 500 world class engineers.

Janusz Szajna is the President, CEO and Co‐founder of Digital Technology Poland Ltd.
Prior to establishing DTP he was:
- One of 4 co‐founders and Executive VP of ADB Group.
ADB Group (ADB Holdings) is $500 million company headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. It is listed on Swiss stock exchange in Zurich (SIX: ADBN). It has customers on 5 continents (more then 30 million set‐top boxes sold). ADB operates in the field of Digital TV set‐top box design and manufacturing, including development of software and hardware, chip design, TV and Internet convergence and home networking.
- Founder, organizer and, between 1995 and 2012, President of ADB Polska (Poland) – ADB Group Corporate R&D Centre.
Under his leadership, ADB’s R&D team grew from an unknown, small, four‐member group, to a team of more than 500 world class engineers, specialized in innovation. Team projects received 9 times the title ‘Product of the Year’ at the most prominent worldwide competitions organized in the field of digital TV equipment by Cable and Satellite International, IPTV World Forum, IBC and IMS Research.
- Creator and Chairman (Головa тoвaрисtвa) of ADB Ukraine in Kharkov – second R&D centre of ADB Group.
Janusz Szajna received the title
‘Entrepreneur of the Year 2004’ from Ernst & YoungHe was a nationwide winner in ‘Services’ category ‐ one of 3 categories of the competition, awarded for: ‘Skilful use of Polish technical thought in international markets’.
In Science
- PhD in Electrical Engineering at Wroclaw University of Technology, Poland, 1982.
- Professor degree (habilitation) in Computer Engineering from National Academy of Science in Kiev, Ukraine, 2002.
- Founder, organizer and from 1985 to 1997 Director of Computer Engineering and Electronic Department at Zielona Gora Technical University (western Poland).
- Founder, organizer and for many years Director of University Computer Centre.
- Participant of several‐months‐long design project (modelling video chips) at Inmos SGS‐Thomson R&D Centre, Bristol, UK.
- Group leader of intensive, 7‐years‐long cooperation with Electrical Engineering Department at Bristol University and Inmos SGS‐Thomson R&D Centre in Bristol, under EU Tempus programme (curriculum unification, parallel programming, chip design).
- Group leader of long term R&D contract with SGS‐Thomson in Grenoble (modelling video chips).
- Group leader of long term R&D contract with ST‐Microelectronics Singapore (software).
- Author and co‐author of numerous scientific publications including two monographs and two computer engineering books published in Poland by the most prestigious scientific publishers (WNT, PWN).
Hobby
At university time – mountain climber, founder and President of Academic Alpine Club in Zielona Gora.
Nowadays – farmer and horse breeder.
